Galley Molina is the Founder and CEO of Reverence Gospel Media, LLC. For more than 25 years, Molina has been involved in every facet of the entertainment industry. Early in his career, Molina toured with chart-topping artists, signed his first recording contract, and released his first single. He later began writing and producing music for several prestigious acts in the music industry, working on dozens of gold and platinum records. After branching into the home video market, Molina produced a series of highly successful comedy and music documentary DVD's. The biggest change in Galley’s life came after meeting a real-life “church girl” and developing a deep and abiding faith. This new faith completely changed his path in both life and business, and an unmistakable call on his life led Galley to become an ordained Pastor. He then redirected the focus of his career, forming Reverence Gospel Media (RGM) to create God-glorifying, life-impacting projects across the widest possible creative spectrum. Shortly after founding RGM, Molina met Grammy Award-winner Israel Houghton, who took on roles as both Executive Producer of “Church Girl” and Producer on the film’s soundtrack. Molina and Houghton soon merged their two companies to form a new powerhouse multimedia firm, RGM/New Breed, where the two will collaborate on all of the company’s projects, including film, television, publishing and music. The pair won their first Grammy together (Houghton’s fifth) with their very first release – Israel’s “Jesus At The Center,” and received worldwide acclaim for “Revealing Jesus,” a live CD/DVD from Christian music legend Darlene Zschech. Molina and Houghton have also co-written scripts for RGM’s next three films. “I’m In Love With A Church Girl,” RGM’s first full-length motion picture, opens across the U.S. on October 18, 2013. Galley believes that everything he does – as Pastor or Producer – is part of his personal ministry and must reflect his commitment to his faith. "They're one in the same. We each have one life and what we do each day becomes our testimony.” Galley's personal story is powerful and unique, and "I'm in Love with a Church Girl," is based on true events from his life. By opening his life to the world, all of his past experiences, relationships, trials and mistakes now lend themselves to the creation of a movie and company dedicated to telling faith-centered stories that will lift people up. Galley still finds time to faithfully serve week after week at his home church.

Danny McGuffey is Director of Strategic Marketing and Corporate Development for Reverence Gospel Media. Danny has been a driving force in the marketing and sales of more than 100 million albums. With more than 60 RIAA certified Multi-Platinum, Platinum and Gold awards to his credit, he has been a key figure in the success of the leading companies in the inspirational music field. Since 1991 he has held senior positions at EMI-CMG, StarSong Communications, Reunion Records and Integrity Media Inc. At Integrity, he served as General Manager and Senior Vice President, rising to serve as Chief Marketing Officer for more than 8 years. His unparalleled success in the industry is perhaps most notable for the development and execution of the Songs 4 Worship television direct response series with Time Life - most successful music TV campaign in history spawning many multi Platinum and Gold album RIAA, ARIA and CRIA certifications globally and generating more than $200 million in retail sales.
Michael Nauman serves as Reverence Gospel Media's Director of Investor Relations. This role allows Mike to create connections and relationships between RGM, individuals, and organizations who share in RGM's vision for excellence in film and music created to glorify God. A graduate of Northwestern University's Radio, TV & Film program, Mike spent the first fifteen years of his working life as a broadcaster. Called to ministry during that time, he next served as Business Pastor for a startup church in Silicon Valley that quickly grew to more than 2,000 members. Mike’s heart for giving and for helping others invest in the cause of Christ lead him to spend nearly 15 years in a development role with a large Christian non-profit, establishing a successful Estate Planning program and working one-on-one with major donors. Mike believes RGM presents an unprecedented opportunity for many to invest in something they not only believe in, but something that will have impact in their community and the world, creating value eternally and financially.
David Wright is RGM’s Director of Faith Community Relations. RGM’s sole purpose is to create God-glorifying, life-impacting projects across a wide creative spectrum. Dave’s vision is to establish active and permanent avenues of communication to make sure those within the faith-based community are fully informed and involved in what RGM is doing and planning at every step, and to grow a deep connection across RGM’s projects in film, music, television, live events and publishing. During a career in marketing spanning more than twenty years, he has worked for and consulted with a wide range of large and small companies, helping them successfully reach each of their own communities, conveying the perfect stories and messages at the right time. Dave also serves as an elder in his local church, where he is privileged to care for and shepherd those who love Jesus.
